Significant Events Return Policy
Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 15 days of original purchase: Significant Events accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
Within 45 days of original purchase: Signficant Events will make an exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise or issue a credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
* All returns require a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA). Please contact us by telephone at 800-336-0966 or by email at help@significanteventsllc.com for your RMA.
A mail check will be issued for all returns on items purchased with a personal check. Please allow at least 14 business days for mail check to arrive.
