If you have any questions or would like to speak to a representative, call (212) 647-8907 between 10 am and 5 pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Our staff can answer questions about sizes, colors, availability etc. Credit cards only. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our merchandise is shipped by United Parcel Service wherever possible in the United States. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please indicate an alternate address. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Overseas APO addresses will also be considered international mailings. All duties, taxes, and/or custom fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 2-4 weeks for domestic and Canadian deliveries, 4-6 weeks for international deliveries. We also have overnight and other forms of expedited delivery available; please call for rates.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Should anything you order from us not meet your expectations, it can be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days. Please include your name, address and reason for the return or exchange.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the care labels on each garment. Do not iron over imprinted areas. We suggest you wash all apparel in warm water prior to first wearing.
